A lab that ships agents into professions.

We build AI agents that do expert work end to end, then run them as products. Cicero prosecutes patents. HeyFitt programs training. Polyfuture reads risk across a portfolio.

Our thesis

Why one team builds in five unrelated fields.

The specialist who used to be hired for the job stops being the bottleneck. Cicero drafts patent claims. HeyFitt writes training programs. Polyfuture reads exposure across a portfolio. The software does the job itself.

The three products share nothing on the surface. A gym and a patent firm buy differently, quit differently, and fear different mistakes. Each keeps its own brand, price and roadmap, and answers only to the people using it.

What repeats is the difficulty. Getting an agent right often enough that a professional will sign underneath it. Handling data a regulator will eventually ask about. Proving the thing works before anyone depends on it.

That is the craft. We have done it five times now, and each product is built from the ground up for its own field.

Our products

Each one sells on its own site, to its own buyer.

Roadmap

We enter a field when an agent can do the whole job, and when needing a specialist is what stops most people from getting it done. Five have software behind them. Healthcare insurance is in active development.

How we build

Four rules every product has to pass.

The agent does the work

Each product takes over a task, not a screen. A chat panel over a database isn't a product. If the software only advises, it isn't finished.

Built for the reviewer

Every domain we've entered has a professional standard attached and a real cost of being wrong. Output has to survive an attorney, an examiner or a risk committee reading it closely.

Proven before anyone depends on it

Every product ships with evals written against the professional standard of its field, run before release and after every change. Brand, pricing, support and roadmap belong to the product and its users.

A product starts with an operator

We open a vertical when someone who has done the job wants to run it, and we give them a small team and the room to build it. No product here started from a market map.

Writing

How we evaluate agents, why professionals sign off, and what broke along the way. The best way to understand what we are building.

  2. What a gym app taught us about patent drafting
What transfers between unrelated professions, and what never does.
